These Refund policy govern your use of The Royal Venetian, owned and operated by  S.K. HOSPITALITY (‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’). By using The Royal Venetian , you agree to these Terms.

 At The Royal Venetian Hotel, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate such changes as much as possible. Below is our detailed refund policy to ensure transparency and clarity.

1. Room Cancellations

• • Standard Rate Reservations
    • • Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to check-in will be eligible for a full refund.
    • • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
    • • No-shows will not qualify for a refund.

• • Non-Refundable Rates
    • • Reservations made under promotional or discounted non-refundable rates cannot be refunded, regardless of cancellation timing.

2. Early Departures

• • Guests who choose to check out earlier than the scheduled departure date may incur charges for the full stay as originally booked. Refunds for early departures are subject to the discretion of hotel management.

3. Special Packages and Promotions

• • Refunds for bookings made under special packages, promotions, or offers are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the specific promotion. Please review the package details carefully before booking.

4. Event and Group Bookings

• • For group bookings or event reservations (e.g., weddings, conferences), a separate cancellation and refund policy may apply. Please refer to the agreement provided at the time of booking or contact our reservations team for more information.

5. Refund Processing

• • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

• • Any applicable bank or transaction fees are non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure

• • In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with our policies and any applicable laws.
